@ The Core 4 would likely take control of the Sunni controlled middle eastern Oil Fields. Possibly split the Profits 5 Ways. One Fifth to each of the Core 4 and the Last Fifth split between all their allies.
@ Likely Require that the Allied Powers buy a certain percentage of their Oil from them.
@ The Core 4 would likely take between them control of the Panama Canal. It could be used in future Trade disputes to close off to those during Trade Wars or to charge high prices for usage to those whom they want to put pressure on.
CHINA-
@would take Taiwan which they have always claimed they would do.
@Take some islands in the Pacific from the U.S. to get closer bases to North America in case of future hostilities.
@Require Greenland from Denmark (which they floated as an idea to buy which led in 2019 the U.S. President to proffer the same in response) so as to have a base of operations between the NATO nations of the U.S. and Canada on one side and Western Europe on the other.
@Finally replace the Soviet Model Communism in Vietnam & Laos with the Chinese Model.
RUSSIA-
@Try and get Alaska IF they can in Peace talks (for a foothold in North America & the north slope for it's Oil).
@Take the Ukraine & Poland to revive the old pre-WW 1 Russian Empire.
@Annex Afghanistan for those Poppy Fields and finish what they
@Take back the former Soviet Republic of Georgia for those oil pipelines they tried to take in 2008.
@Take back the Baltic states.
@Likely a little tiff between Russia and China at the Peace Talks over who gets Greenland.
NORTH KOREA-

@Maybe demand an American Island like Guam.
IRAN-
@Replace all Mideast Sunni Governments with Shia Puppets for Shia Hegemony in region.
@Propagandize the taking control of Mecca to try and convince Sunni's that allah is trying to show them that the Shia are real Muslims and that they should finally accept them as such.
@Removal of ALL Jews left in Israel once and for all. This would be Non-Negotiable to them.

VENEZUELA-
@Maduro in full control (if he survives the War) as a Marxist state.
@The Core 4 MIGHT let Venezuela physically operate the security of the Panama Canal for them and give Venezuela a slice of the profits. Also, Maduro will take the two thirds of Guyana that he has said he wanted to annex.
UZBEKISTAN, KYRGYSTAN, KAZAKHSTAN,TAJIKISTAN, TURMENISTAN-
@Well, they get to keep their Independence from Russia for helping, about the only reason they help.
AZERBAIJAN-
@Removal of ALL Armenians from Armenia once and for all.
@Annexation of an empty Armenia.
BOLIVIA-
@Whether or not Bolivia actually enters the War on the Sino side- they may be rewarded just for their current Leaders building of a $5 million runway in Bolivia for Russia. Likely would be rewarded with the part of the Chaco Oil Fields in Brazil that they acquired from Bolivia in a war in the early 20th century with them.
